1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Disposable wear, dust masks, and other hygiene-related products (due to safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in original condition.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

If your product is eligible, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. Availability of stock will be considered before processing an exchange.

5. Cancellation Policy
